Ontio is an AI company based in Dallas, Texas, founded by Pedro Ignacio. This note covers the marketing site at ontio.io and the contact form on it. It also describes, in placeholder form, how calls and texts from the Ozkra product should be disclosed.

If you use the contact form, you send us your name, work email, company, the product you are asking about, your message, and — if you choose — a phone number. You also send a record that you agreed to be contacted.

This version of the site does not run analytics and does not set advertising cookies. Language is chosen with the page address (English at the root, Spanish under /es), not with a tracking cookie.

Where the form is delivered depends on configuration. It either opens your email app, or it posts the fields to an address Ontio sets in the site config. That address, and how long messages are kept, must be named by counsel before launch.

Ozkra is an AI voice agent. It can call and text people who have asked a business for an inspection or otherwise inquired, and it can do that with automated technology. Those calls and texts are meant to qualify the request and book an appointment. A human closer then takes qualified, booked leads.

Placeholder TCPA notice, for counsel to confirm before any campaign runs: by giving your number and asking to be contacted, you consent to calls and texts from the roofing company you inquired with and from Ontio, including messages sent with an autodialer or a prerecorded or artificial voice, about that inquiry and about booking or confirming an appointment. Consent is not a condition of buying any service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of further texts. Reply HELP for help. A campaign’s actual sender name, the HELP contact, and the program description have to be filled in per customer before messages go out. This paragraph does not replace that disclosure.

If you are on a do-not-call list, or you opt out, campaigns must honor that. The operational process for suppression lists is not described here and has to be written before launch.

This draft does not say that Ontio sells personal information, and it does not say that it never will. A lawyer has to state the real practice, including any state privacy notices that apply to Dallas, Texas, and to the states where roofing campaigns run.

Ontio Talent is a separate product for manufacturing hiring in Mexico. This draft does not describe applicant data, plant data, or employment decisions. That needs its own notice before any hiring data is processed.
